I am using the product from more than 1 years and product is awesome, good sound and good battery backup although sometimes bluetooth connectivity takes time but overall good response and good product compared to other ones, light weight easily carried on pocket

Important information (service ticket 42548109):- Before using it please verify the product using magnifying glass there's any small scratches in Airdopes. Even a little scratch return it. Or else it will not cover in warranty. PFA images & Video. I have purchased this product just three months before. In the first month itself the left Airdopes given distorted noise. I have raised the Boat service warranty. They examined using a magnifying glass and said that the left Airdopes is already opened for service. broken and glued it please check the image attached with it. Both Left and Right looking same in that location. Both are working but left one give disorted noise in high volume. Boat not read the complaint properly just they want to reject the service request as it's damaged. Who actually done this damage to the buds. Whether I am insane to try to open the Airdopes to repair it as it's in warranty. They rejected my warranty request. 😡 Why not Boat manufacturing unit may attempt to rework their product before selling to customers. While courier pickup partner confirmed that there's no physical damage. Please check the below point from the boat while courier pickup. 2) The courier partner will inspect your product before pickup. In case of physical damage, pickup can be refused and we would not be able to service the warranty. I have purchased 4 Boat products from Amazon. Out of four Boat Airdopes 141 is the issue. Check for some good products which give long service instead of going cheap products like this. Hello Amazon, if you are reading this comment. Just investigate it to save your customers hard earned money.

When I recieved the product, I was immediately able to pair it and use it. It had 90% battery. I used it for about 8 hours over the week and battery drained. (I don't care about this, even though their claim is 50 hrs usage o.O). Here is where the problems began. The charging port did not fit into the socket. I had a really difficult time in fitting it. It almost felt like I jammed it in and it didn't really go more than half way into the socket. Somehow after a few tries, it lit up, so I assumed it was charging. It charged for a few hours and I tried using it the next day. The headphone connected as usal when I opened the case. But when I put the headphones back into the case, it didn't disconnect. It seemed like it continued to be connected to the phone even in the case for the rest of the day and I didn't realise it. (Even though it was correctly placed inside and the case was closed tight) I realised this later in the day because I tried to make a call on my phone and it was connected to the Bluetooth headset - IN THE BOX! When I took it out of the box, it's battery was completely drained. I tried to remove it and place it back, it continued to stay connected in the case. I charged it again to try the factory rest, but even that didn't work as the captive touch control doesn't seem to be responding. I made my phone "forget the device" and tried to reconnect but now my device can't detect it. Weird! Additionally, the buds are big for my ears and doesn't stay in the ears well, it easily falls off. And if I hold it in place, it hurts. All in all, a terrible product. Can't return it cos the return window is closed. And the warranty is not straight forward. Do not recommend. Waste of money.
