Literally changed our barrel of a eurolock with thumb turn key to a two sided regular key one, in order to fit this! But it was a game changer for my elderly mum. She now can use her fingerprint to get in the house and does not have to fiddle about trying to find a key to put in her lock (under her handle which is already shaded and therefore difficult to see!). You can add up to 100 users. The quality is good and it appears sturdy, I'm pretty DIY competent so I changed the barrel to make it work, if you have a thumb turn key, and you have to change the eurolock barrel watch youtube videos, you can buy a replacement for about £12 from B&Q. You do need to be tech savvy to set this up, my husband and & calibrated this for my mum, she would never have been able to do this alone. But we found it easy to fit, easy to use my elderly mum to use (which is amazing) and we've set it to lock 1 minute after she gets in, so great lock functionality. She can now never forget her key, and it won't matter if she forgets to lock the door...

Amazing product, we needed a smart lock system for a wheelchair user and found this, originally willing to replace the entire handle and lock on a upvc door, this has ended up being an amazing solution. We already had thumbscrew locks making it so easy to install, the kit includes everything to adapt it. The keypad and thumbprint reader work flawlessly, the mini hub allows us to open and close the lock from anywhere in the world and as a backup if everything fails, you can just use your key as normal. So far so good, and highly recommended.

Great product and you don't need to drill any holes . Black suited my black.door so while not a small add on , it blends well and doesn't look unsightly. Metal and not plasticky so feels and looks smart. Hasn't failed , pricey , especially needing to buy hub and keypad but you want each to make it a fully functioning remote lock. Easy to program and love the fingerprint access. Worth the spend although not cheap with the added bonus of key entrance if an issue given you don't remove your existing lock .

A solid unit and improvement over the original lock. Interested in the battery pack as it can get through batteries. Whilst showing high % on my particular install the lock is a bit tight so the battery needs to be really good and full. After about 70% they are working but might not lock properly. This is due to my door and lock though being quite tight. Integrates well with Home Assistant and the main app is also very good. I like the peace of mind and the instant alerts through the app. If the lock is not used or door is open. Or if the lock doesn’t work. The keypad set up is really good too with the fingerprint scanning.

Though this was not necessarily compatible with my type of door, it was relatively easy to DIY it a little to make it fit nicely still, by adding a bit of wood to attach the lock pro to, and replacing my cylinder with a removable knob one so that it could accept the adapters. Unfortunately on three occasions so far the lock seems to have gotten confused, and lost its calibration setup, causing it to fault and claim it is jammed. This prevented me on each time from being able to unlock my door without using the key. I'm engaging in support. I love the fingerprint reader, and the ability to use a code entry as well as NFC card too. Best of all, the key still functions perfectly from the outside in case of some failure. I've had it installed about a week now, and haven't experienced any issues getting into the house as long as I have my key handy for backup, or the lock pro has battery power so that you can use the emergency unlock feature even after fault. The materials and manufacturing feel well designed and machined. Installation looks complicated but in the end was not too difficult for someone with just a bit of DIY abilities.

High quality, sturdy lock and aesthetic. Simple fitment and functionality easy to use both physically and via the app (which makes it very powerful especially paired with the hub). Great value for money compared to competitors. +++ Recently purchased the Battery booster pack to save me going through tens of AAs, these are a game changer USB C rechargeable and around 2600mah total so will last as long as if not longer than non-rechargeables (especially the cheap ones) no issues with fitment and install, high quality sturdy build.

This really should have come with the lock for free. I think it's over priced.

He comprado este kit como alternativa a la cerradura inteligente más vendida, que me ha decepcionado. La cerradura Switchbot es eficaz, fiable, y si le sumas el hub para el wifi y el teclado con huella dactilar, ya tienes todo para entrar en casa sin preocuparte de las llaves, puedes dar acceso a niños, personas mayores, invitados con toda tranquilidad y seguridad. El kit viene muy completo cuidando el mínimo detalle, viene todo explicado paso a paso y si no lo tienes claro dispone de un servicio de atención al cliente muy eficiente. El cerrojo se adapta a cualquier tipo de cerradura, trae todos los accesorios para su instalación, y con un manual de instrucciones muy preciso en inglés pero que puedes descargar en español, bien traducido y sin problema. La instalación es sencilla, luego se enlaza con el móvil, con el hub y con el teclado a la primera, a través de la app. Luego puedes configurar y controlar todos los accesos en remoto, es muy práctico y no falla. Ahora puedes abrir la cerradura con wifi, bluetooth, código, huella dactilar, llaves (siempre que sea con un cilindro de doble embrague para poder abrir desde el exterior), e incluso con una tarjeta NFC que trae el kit. Eso sí, todavía no tiene la opción de apertura automática cuando te acercas con el móvil, pero está en desarrollo y es posible que en una próxima actualización de la app se añada. No se puede pedir más. Estoy 100% satisfecho con esta compra, que nos ha facilitado la vida.

Ho letto alcune recensioni che mi avevano creato un po' di titubanze, soprattutto sui problemi di apertura/chiusura, qualche inceppamento e necessaria ricalibrazione, qualcuno che non era soddisfatto della chiusura automatica, che non era come si aspettava, e della rumorosità del bot... Bene, ho provato lo SwitchBot che ho trovato in offerta con il kit completo (batterie ricaricabili SwitchBot a parte, che con pochi euro ho acquistato) e devo dire che sono estremamente soddisfatto. È una roba allucinante. Avevo titubanze sul problema del magnete, che dovrebbe riconoscere la chiusura porta (che io dovrei istallare a almeno 10 cm dal bot, con conseguente problema di rilevamento dello stesso), ma il bot ha un timer di rilascio dello scrocco a circa 4-5 secondi, che per me è sufficiente, anzi! Non credevo che avesse questa funzione, temevo che tutte le volte chiudesse ed aprisse TUTTE le mandate della porta, cosa che a me non serve, mentre mi serviva principalmente per la semplice apertura scrocco E LA FA!!! Il sistema ti indica un allerta di "porta lasciata incustodita", ma io lo so e voglio così (se voglio la chiusura completa, basta selezionare) e pertanto per me è uno strumento come volevo che fosse! Il rumore c'è, ma a me non sembra elevato e tantomeno fastidioso, né per me, né per i vicini anche di notte (il rumore è davvero impercettibile, sia in casa che dietro la porta ed io abito in un comune condominio, non in una villetta indipendente). Il tastierino digitale è super, riconosce perfettamente le impronte e anche i codici, la scheda NFC, ecc. Ottimo anche il router SwitchBotHub con Matter a bordo, che permette l'associazione del sistema SwitchBot ad Alexa, sia per controllare il sistema da remoto, che per aprire a chiunque... ma in realtà basta registrare le impronte dei familiari e non servono più chiavi. Inoltre il sistema (a parte la comodità di internet) è stand alone, cioè basta il tastierino e lo SwitchBot, che si ha un sistema indipendente di apertura e chiusura, senza internet. Ovviamente serve un cilindro di tipo frizionato, per poter avere l'apertura di emergenza con chiave fisica, in caso di qualsiasi problema (in realtà è un sistema di backup, per qualsiasi evenienza). Quindi che altro dire? Che non ho nessun appunto negativo da fare. Ho una porta di casa completamente automatizzata e (grazie anche a un modulo smart del portone) posso girare senza chiavi. Volendo non serve nemmeno il cellulare... L'installazione è molto semplice e le istruzioni spiegano bene. Ci sono anche tutorial su YouTube o sul canale SwitchBot. Se avete una chiave (come me), potrebbe servire sagomare la plastica o, per alcuni modelli di chiave, smontare il guscio di plastica e lasciare lo spadino. Per chi ha il pomolo, ci sono una serie di adattatori, che si montano dopo aver smontato il pomolo... Insomma, per me è super. Lo consiglio a chiunque, anche a chi non ha domotica a casa. Veramente soddisfatto.

Avevo già utilizzato una Nuki, ma ho deciso di provare questa smartlock dopo aver letto che ha una forza maggiore nella rotazione della chiave. Dopo alcune settimane di utilizzo, posso confermare che la potenza del motore è effettivamente superiore e rende l’apertura della porta più fluida, anche con serrature un po’ più dure. Un aspetto positivo è la batteria intercambiabile (acquistata separatamente). Grazie al doppio pack, posso ricaricarne uno mentre l’altro è in funzione, evitando di lasciare la serratura senza alimentazione. 📌 Tuttavia, c’è un problema importante: spesso la serratura non completa lo scrocco finale, impedendo l’apertura della porta. Ho letto diverse recensioni di altri utenti con lo stesso problema, quindi suppongo sia un difetto software. ✅ Pro: • Motore più potente rispetto alla Nuki • Batteria intercambiabile, molto comoda • Installazione semplice ❌ Contro: • Il problema dello scrocco rende l’utilizzo poco affidabile • Necessario intervenire manualmente in diverse occasioni ✅AGGIORNAMENTO IMPORTANTE: L'assistenza mi ha proposto un nuovo aggiornamento software che pare abbia risolto la maggior parte dei problemi, azienda seria e disponibile!

Zuverlässiges Schloss, funkioniert einwandfrei. Die Einrichtung kann man mit wenig technischem Verständnis bewältigen. Die Software hängt manchmal ein bischen. Habe das Schloss ohne Extras gekauft. Über lege aber mir aber die NFC Karten als Erweiterung zu holen.
