I think they’re brilliant. Really effective. Used a cashew nut dipped in nutella , 1st rat caught within 5 mins of setting it up by the greenhouse. Then nothing for a few days but the sneaky buggers were taking the bait and not setting it off. So I’ve made a mix of crushed sunflower seeds honey and fish food (I found a rat larder of fish food in a plant pot 😂) gently fill the very easily accessible hopper and set it up.I thought a fix might be nicking the rat trap at night because i kept finding one moved around but not triggered. Yesterday- found the trap sprung with the biggest rat possible. Its body was outside the tunnel, but it had been caught and killed on the head. Overnight caught another, a little one. Just set it up again and bugger me I heard it snap before I got to the kitchen door- 3 in 23 hrs.I live backing onto a field and nature reserve, the foxes are delighted.It’s easy to set up, safe, can’t hurt a pet or small child.Easy to clean, discreet.Initially very squeamish going anywhere near the dead rats, I’m rapidly an old hand now. These do work, but need to be left down for several days to lose the new smell, that keeps the rats away. Good clean kills. But, the springs rust quickly, especially with all the rain. When the springs rust up, the traps don’t reset properly. Yes, you can put oil on the springs, but again it takes several days before the rats engage again.

Absolutely unreal with peanut butter. They work fantastic. They even caught 4 at once. Would definitely recommend using these as they kill them humanely

Put out 4 traps baited, next morning 2 of them had vanished completely, the need to provide some way of pegging them down, no dogs had access to them, and no foxes could get to them either... not much use , save your money

Traps are easy to load, haven’t caught anything yet. Good instructions, great delivery service

Bought and set up, caught a rat on the 2nd day however once disposed of the trap will not reset, the catch at the back will not engage…..expensive if one use only….
