Review of Silver MTRVR Hike Chair
As per the title, I bought the Hike chair. These reviews seem to cover the entire range, so I'm pleased to report I'm delighted with the quality, comfort and ease of use of the cheapest chair in the range. I'm 6ft, 200lb and knocking 70, and find it fits my needs almost perfectly. As others have mentioned, it isn't the lightest chair available, but being able to sit on it 30 seconds after pulling it out of your bag, and get on the bus or whatever 20 seconds after standing back up more than makes up for this. It's not a LazyBoy, but they're not very portable when all's said and done, and I can sit in this chair for an hour or so in comfort whilst birdwatching, waiting for a train, for my wife, etc. If you are, like me, blessed with knees that have retired due to age, motorbikes and inappropriate jumping as a yoof, it is easy to sit down and get up from the chair by grabbing either side of the seat material and using your arms to lower or push yourself up as required. I haven't tested it on a beach or in mud yet, but it doesn't seem to sink into soft surfaces like my other chairs do, which is a bonus. For those who have mentioned that the lock buttons are hard to push in, they do get easier but if you pull the end of the telescopic leg gently towards you as you push the button in it makes it easier. Highly recommended! I'm having to buy another as this one seems to have been commandeered by the aforementioned wife.

Easy set up
It's so comfortable! Bought this for someone else, I set it up (it's easy) and tried it out. I hadn't expected it to be so comfortable. It's a lightweight chair but it's incredibly sturdy. I'm rather large, he's heavier than me and the chair didn't complain. It folds down nice and small, so perfect for camping, fishing and taking with you on a motorcycle

Good chair
Very good seems strong and very compact which is wahat we wanted for festival use. Fairly comfortable, as you stand its inclined to tip forward but its ok as long as u are aware. Rather expensive

Very bad quality
Very easily damaged at the leg mechanism. Only used a handful of times. I will be emailing to request a refund. I was also informed via company support email that I was sold a USED item when I bought NEW. Please be aware!!

Not cheap but well worth every £
I bought this 3 months ago and it was an instant success. It assembled very easily and is comfortable. I’m in my 70s and can sit in it easily and more importantly get up from it easily. It’s a handy size and fits in my bicycle panier. The price is worth the excellent build

Fantastic but a little heavy
This is absolutely fantastic and so compact. It's a little heavy but not difficult to carry, I suppose it has to be robust to carry the weight of someone sitting in it. I found it surprisingly comfortable and very clever how it all unfolds tj

Excellent Purchase!
The camping chair's quality and construction justify its exorbitant cost. It is effortless to construct and disassemble, and it is packaged with a transportable case. I would recommend it to anyone, and I am eager to acquire the camping table version.

Strong but a touch heavy
Bought two of these, so my wife and I can sit in the Great Outdoors. We both find them to be extremely well-made, sturdy and comfortable. The one-piece umbrella-type opening is a breeze. Literally 45 seconds to set up. The only downside is that you do pay for the strength and ease with increased weight. It’s not excessive but I didn’t enjoy a walk when I decided to put both in one backpack. Bottom line, though, is that they are streets ahead of any others we tried.
