Tidal Wake IP68 Underwater 1/2in Standard Boat Drain Plug LED Light, Brilliant Underwater Lighting in Minutes! No Holes to Drill!

Wow is this thing slick! The light arrived nicely packaged and right out of the box it felt "heavy in hand" as in HIGH QUALITY. I have already hard wired the light into my boat with easy-to-follow instructions - in garage, took about 1 1/2 hours total including routing and hanging wires - and cannot wait to see how it looks in the water. We still have ice in WI and boats are not yet in the water, so the "water appearance" question remains unanswered. I have no reason to think it won't perform well. I gave it a 3 second test in the garage and it looks terrific and bright! We trailer often in the Midwest and regulations require that we drain and dry our boats and travel with the stern plug out. The Tidal Wake quick detach system looks good and tight and I expect it'll work great. Five stars absolutely... and excited!

Works perfectly and is bright I put teflon on it before screwing it into the boat the plug did not leak a drop of water in the boat highly recommend

I have two of these installed in my drain holes on my 170 montauk. They bring bait fish under the boat. Look great while driving. Easy to use.

Easy to install. It has a few inches from main part to the next section. Waterproof connection, then about 36" long wire. Then you will need to add more wire to get to your switch. It is pretty bright. The photo makes it seem a lot more blue than it is. But even behind a bravo 3 outdrive, all the way down it still puts out a good bit of light. I would give it 5 star if the wire was longer. Also it takes a 1-7/16" socket to take off.

I tried the contact amazon and then tried to contact the company and sent photos and videos. Bought this light and it didn't work properly. At first it was dim than it would light up bright like it was shorted out. I wish someone would reach out to me and send me another or at least give me my money back so I can try to but a different one or a different brand. I got the blue one. So for these reasons I gave this product a 1 star even tho I heard this was a good product I feel like I got screwed over with it and its warranty.

i have order a few of them the only issue they might last about 3 years but i like them

Firstly, delivery was amazingly quick to the UK so if you are worried about speed of shipping from the US, then don’t be. It came via UPS who then handed it over to Yodel in the UK. We’ve Tried it underwater in a sink in the bathroom in the dark and it really looks cool! We have it in blue, so looking forward to seeing the effect under our boat on a lovely summer night. As we live in Devon, we are blessed with crystal clear water on a beautiful day so hoping it will live up to expectations.
