Not for structural support: Too much slop for a standard 2 x 4
Local store did not have this size so I went to my backup, Amazon overnight (even though it took almost 2 days)As you can see from the the photo, the bracket is too large. It protrudes about 1/4" above the 2x4 lumber. I can grind this down. But, there is about 1/8" to 9/16" slop inside, and securely fasten the frame inside will cause the bracket to deform unless you put shims inside.ConclusionIt is ok for a DIY job that is not within nearby eye view. But for professional work, it would look just too amateurish. Not recommended for structural support.

Higher than should be.
Offset screw holes are a good feature. Are taller than a 2x4 though, so if using to support a railing or surface board, you have to hold the board slightly elevated and lose the bracket support. Should be a 16th or so shorter in height.

Mounting screws will rust on outside use! Poor quality screws!
Installed brackets in October for safety rails on treated lumber, removed brackets to paint and found that almost ALL of screws were rusted and extremely difficult to remove. The brackets were fine without any rust, but the screws are substandard for an outside job. Seller should upgrade screws to stainless if they are selling them for outside installs.
