I don't know how to give description of this but it does feel effective however don't use it if the bottle has been open more than a month and half and always keep it in fridge.I feel like it did had slightly negative effect on my overall condition.

My serum B12 was borderline deficient and my active B12 was deficient at just under 37.5 pmol/L.The NHS only test serum and will usually wait until levels drop outside of 'normal lab range' before they will consider treatment, by which time you're feeling the affects of a deficiency (freezing cold, aching, pains, myopathy) the list goes on.I decided to take action and wanted a product which would provide a strong dose to boost my B12. I really like this product. Because dosing is via drops and not tablets, it's more absorbant and far easier and more convenient than taking a tablet. The dropper alloed me to adjust my dose accordingly (for two weeks I dosed the full amount, then halved the daily dose until the bottle was finished). My active B12 level has increased to 144 pmol/L (over 3/4 through lab range) and I certainly feel that most of the symptoms I experienced have now gone or dramaticaly subsided. The taste is sickly sweet, but perfectly palatable. Overall the product is very good value for money, more so now that I only need a maintenance dose which will stretch the product a little further.
