Believe when I'm not deciding it does work only thing about this. You have to constantly take it and I think I really like it to taste is pretty good. It's not sour. It's just right and it's made it so you can swallow it easily and it does work yes I will be buying this often.

Instaflex helps, but doesn't totally eliminate sore joints. I take it in the morning with my usual vitamin regimen and it takes the edge off for the day.

I was very skeptical because I have small bone spur in my knee and have had many injections for pain and inflammation. Within the first four days I started feeling pain free in my body that didn’t realize I hurt but… more especially in my knee. It’s amazing and I will continue this as long as I kept feeling pain free.
