I've only had this 3 days so my review is based on a very short time span but so far I'm pleased with the product and can say that the reviews I read were true. The picture quality is excellent and I've had to place my camera near the door on the door frame which is a little recessed from the front wall of the house so the vision to one side is quite limited but due to the two camera's I can rotate the view through the app on my phone to see the whole of the front door and its gives a great view despite the limitation of where it is placed so that 360 degrees claims are true too. I live in a first floor maisonette and was concerned that it may be too far from my wifi router and I also wondered if the chime was too far away from the actual device too but so far its been fine. I did put it on night-mode but when it was dark I couldn't see anything and I noticed it still recorded in colour with decent lighting but the live feed was basically black. I contacted the online 24/7 chat for help which was a bit slow but quite useful and with a real person, not a bot, and was told to take it off night mode, which I did and then got great night picture quality too. Its very easy to install too. The package contains a template that you stick to the location and it shows where the screws need to be placed. It comes with 4 screws and 4 wall plugs but because I was erecting it on wood, I only needed to screw it in. The template has a sticky back which is very helpful. It did not take long to screw the base of the device holder in place using the template. The device did need to be charged before use and once I used the QR code on the back of the device it took me to a set up page which prompted me to download the app and also to some videos to help with the installation and set up process which were very helpful. The hardest and tricky part for me was that I had to split my wifi as the device does not connect to a 5Ghz to band width only to a 2.4Ghz. I called my broadband provider and explained what I needed, which took a while for them to understand, then they sent an email explaining how to do it, which was pretty simple. I add this to my review as I had not read any reviews that mentioned they needed to do this so it may apply to someone who may think their bandwidth may be an issue. The device was easy to pair to the chime and then connect to my WIFI. There are around 5 different options for the doorbell chime but I have not yet tested them to see which I prefer (its been a busy week!). The instruction booklet sent with the package was pretty useless with just pictures and no real explanations on what to do but the set up link through the QR code have videos showing how to connect the device and how to install the device which were very helpful. Its easy. I'm still getting used to it but I'm happy with my purchase as its really good and I have a good catch up watching the antics of the day on it in regards to what is going on outside the property. I'm yet to test the two way audio but I'm sure it will be fine. The app is pretty easy to use and has some simple settings too. Its not overly complicated to use from what I have seen so far. There is some cloud storage as well as local storage too and its all set up on the device. There's nothing extra that needs to be done. My camera was up and running before I even recognised it and it was recording me attaching it to its base lol. I had a good laugh when I was reviewing the first recordings. You'll not regret getting this.

To say I am blown away by this Botslab doorbell is an understatement. This is my first ever purchase of a video doorbell and boy am I thrilled with it! The Botslab doorbell meets all expectations on every level and great value for your money I actually paid more for it than the current price but i am not phased by that as its worth every penny, I now have two thanks to Botslab one on the front of my property and one on the back. Its so easy to connect to the Wi-Fi and down load the app onto your mobile. The features are so good, I really like the 180 degree wide angle, it totally astonishes me how much I can see from side to side and up and down. I like the night vision so much, it so clear, I often look at it in the night when I up to see if anyone is lurking, the daytime videos are brilliant too and of course the feature of speaking to someone who rings the bell. No outrages monthly subscriptions! the free memory that Botslab provide is plenty but if you wish there is an option to buy more on top of the free storage through Botslab. The battery seems to last for months without having to charge it or of course you can hard wire, personally I wouldn't bother I would just charge it, its so easy the take off the wall, I also like the feature of the very loud alarm if someone try's to steal it and of course you get the video of them stealing it on your app!!! thats a win win! The app is so good, it has every feature you need to set the doorbell to your own needs and so simple to use. The Botslab user group face book page is a must if you are a face book user, I've learnt so much from other users and like wise I have been able to help others I love being part of this group its so interesting, anyone who asks a question also gets answered by a Botslab representative, they are extremely helpful, they will also email you, or what's app or messenger you, the team are always on hand to help with issues and go out of their way to solve a problem as soon as possible. I cannot recommend this Doorbell highly enough and the team support that comes along with it, buy it today honestly you will not be disappointed.

Just recieved this door cam. First impressions are good. Well made and very easy to set up. An added advantage is you can link the unit to your Alexa account which means your Alexa units will relay a notification that the Bell has been pressed. Battery life will depend on what settings you have used. Will have to see how long the battery lasts. 30 Day Update The unit is still working fine. The battery still has 96% charge, so very good.

I've had the botslab video doorbell for 8 months now and have given it a good amount of testing. I've charged it once I believe during that time. It's a great piece of kit that does what it says on the box. Fixing the video doorbell is easy and the setup took only a few minutes. The views are clear and the great part is you can spin the view from the lens by using your finger on your mobile phone screen. This allows yo to get a 360 degree view of your front door and surroundings. I haven't had any false alarms, which is great. It's really handy to be able to have a two way conversation with someone who's ringing the doorbell when you're out. There's so many different things you can do with the set up including linking the doorbell to your Alexa as I have done. I'm still finding new things to learn as the manual doesn't give you details of how to use all of the available facilities. There are other sources of information on how to use it if you need it. I've had a couple of live-chats for some basic help and the response has always been very quick. Value for money is good and I purchased it when there was a Christmas discount which made it even better value.

Aprendo la confezione, ho notato subito che il prodotto rispecchia fedelmente le immagini presenti nella descrizione: il design è moderno, solido e ben rifinito, esattamente come me lo aspettavo. Qualità Video e Audio: La risoluzione a 5MP fa davvero la differenza rispetto ad altri modelli 1080p che ho provato in passato. L'immagine è nitida, i dettagli sono ben visibili sia di giorno che di notte, e l'angolo di visuale a 180° è fantastico per avere una panoramica completa dell'ingresso senza punti ciechi. Anche l'audio bidirezionale è chiaro, senza fastidiosi ritardi. Esperienza d'uso e Durata Batteria (La prova reale): Avendo acquistato due unità, posso offrire un confronto reale sulla durata della batteria, dato che non li ho collegati alla rete elettrica ma li utilizzo esclusivamente in modalità wireless. I dispositivi funzionano egregiamente, ma è importante notare che l'autonomia è strettamente legata alla posizione e al traffico di persone: Unità 1 (Via frequentata): Posizionato sull'ingresso principale che dà su una strada più trafficata, il sensore di movimento scatta più spesso. In questo scenario ad alta intensità, la batteria dura circa 3 mesi, dopodiché è sufficiente una notte per ricaricarlo completamente e rimetterlo in funzione. Un compromesso più che accettabile per la sicurezza che offre. Unità 2 (Zona tranquilla): Il secondo, posizionato in un punto con meno passaggio, ha una durata notevolmente superiore, confermando la stima dei 210 giorni dichiarati se le attivazioni sono contenute. Installazione e App: Un grande punto a favore è la facilità di montaggio. Non avendo bisogno di cablaggi elettrici, l'installazione è alla portata di tutti e richiede pochi minuti. L'App per smartphone è intuitiva e ben fatta: le notifiche di "rilevamento umano" sono precise (evitando falsi allarmi per auto o animali) e la connessione Wi-Fi (io uso il 2.4GHz per una maggiore portata attraverso i muri) è stabile. Verdetto: Apprezzo moltissimo l'assenza di canoni mensili nascosti per rivedere le registrazioni. Yo vivo en una zona en la que era complicado poner un timbre por la distancia de la puerta principal a la de la calle, me cobraban casi 400 € por ponerme un timbre con esto me he ahorrado esos dolores de cabeza ,además de que puedes ver quién está llamando a tu puerta, responder desde el teléfono móvil si no estás en tu domicilio y hace Pequeñas grabaciones de la persona que está en la puerta que luego las puede eliminar para que no te ocupen espacio en el teléfono, la aplicación va muy bien el timbre es genial, me gustaría quizás que tuviese más tonos de timbre, pero el que está pues es un clásico de toda la vida o sea que bien. Hab die Video-Türklingel jetzt seit ein paar Tagen im Test und muss sagen: richtig gut! Die Installation war total easy – ich hatte alles in unter 30 Minuten an der Wand und Eingerichtet, obwohl ich echt kein Technikprofi bin. Die Anleitung war auch klar und verständlich, und alles, was man braucht, war dabei. Die Bildqualität hat mich echt überrascht. Ob Tag oder Nacht, die Kamera liefert richtig Bilder. Die Nachtsicht ist auch super – sogar bei völliger Dunkelheit sehe ich alles klar und deutlich und kann sogar meine Katze beobachten wenn sie mal in der Nacht über den Zaun springt. Besonders cool finde ich, dass der Weitwinkel einen großen Bereich abdeckt, sodass ich wirklich sehe, was vor der Tür los ist. Die App ist auch Spitze. Sie ist total einfach zu bedienen, und sobald jemand klingelt, krieg ich sofort eine Benachrichtigung aufs Handy. Ich kann dann direkt mit der Person reden oder sehen, wer da steht – egal, ob ich zu Hause oder unterwegs bin. Der Ton ist klar, und die Verbindung läuft ohne Probleme. Die Bewegungserkennung ist super praktisch – ich hab sie so eingestellt, dass ich nur eine Benachrichtigung kriege, wenn sich wirklich jemand in der Nähe meiner Tür bewegt. Die Akkulaufzeit ist auch erstaunlich gut. Nach ein paar Tagen im Einsatz noch immer 95%. Alles in allem: richtig zufrieden! Macht genau, was sie soll – Bild und Ton top, Installation easy, und die App läuft einwandfrei. Kann ich absolut empfehlen!

L’installation a été rapide et facile grâce à l’application bien pensée. La qualité d’image, même de nuit, et l’angle de vue à 180° permet de voir tout ce qui se passe devant ma porte. Les notifications sont instantanées et précises, la détection humaine fonctionne très bien. J’apprécie aussi la possibilité de stockage local sur carte SD ou dans le cloud gratuitement pendant 48 heures, c’est un vrai plus. Autre point fort : l’autonomie. La batterie tient très bien, et il est aussi possible de la brancher en filaire pour ne pas avoir à la recharger. En plus, le design est sobre et élégant. Point à améliorer: une protection contre les gouttes de pluies. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix pour ceux qui veulent une sonnette connectée fiable, performante et simple à utiliser.
