Air Rowing Machine

I bought mine a while ago, mail order from another large retailer based in WA. Many years ago, I was in the rowing club. I feel like the standard c2 you find in a typical gym feels more like being on the water and is more comfortable and smooth besides. Less jerky than the r1pro. Lately I'm experimenting with apps for training/tracking. Lots of cool apps out there for that, which integrate with my bluetooth HR chest strap, but guess what, they only work with the c2 (look around you'll figure it out), not with the dynamic r1pro. My cheapskate instinct did not serve me well in this case. The r1pro is not bad, but I should have bought a c2.

I purchased this rower and so far I love the workout. It was quite easy to put together, the only issue I had was a couple of the holes were off a bit so it took extra time to get those screws in but once that was done, it was no problem. The rower is very sturdy and on the higher resistance levels it is very tough and I felt it on my hamstrings and quads and that is what I was looking for, something that would workout my lower body too. I am not a rower and I have used the concept 2 before but for a person that does not row with very strong legs, it doesn't feel difficult enough and the Dynamic feels tough for me. It is also very smooth and pretty quiet.
