These insoles are comfortable & helpful when dealing with foot pain from prolonged standing. However standing in general with these for prolong periods are not recommended. The cuting to size was easy & quick. Overall I recommend changing these out often if u stand for long periods of time.

I have Planter Fasciitis and trust me its areal pain in the heel, thought these would work, Product discription sounded great, but what you read and see is not always the way it is, I got these from Amazon and arrived very timely manner, out of packaging and into my shoes, and they felt great, good support and not problem for my heel, next morning tried them out, Fantastic no pain and very comfortable, first month was great, second month a little disscomfort and by end of 3rd month Pain back, bottom of heel had broken down and was like there was no padding on bottom of heel at all. Now back to looking for something that words as advertised. Way too much money to have to by new every two months. either company was less than honest in their assessment or a product defect. Will not buy another pair to find out;. Buyer be ware of what you read.
