The hidden secret sauce for any gym head after a great pump, great value for money, quality is great, the item makes no change to focus or energy levels but it's great to add with a pre workout stim or non stim. Very effective and paring these with glycerol tablets is a recipe for skin ripping pumps.

No market energy improvements.
I’ve been using this nitric oxide booster for a while now and my experience has been fairly mixed. It’s easy to take and doesn’t cause any unpleasant side effects, which is a plus, but I can’t say I’ve noticed a significant boost in energy or performance. That said, it may still be doing something more subtle in the background, as I do feel reasonably consistent during workouts — just without the noticeable “lift” I was hoping for. It’s possible this works better for others or needs longer-term use to really show results. Overall, it’s not a bad product, but it hasn’t stood out for me. If you’re expecting a clear surge in energy, this might feel underwhelming. Decent, but not a game-changer in my experience.

Caution IBS/Trapped wind!!
Great benefits but one huge downside Trapped wind/IBS !!! It hit me on my fifth dose, going to cut back on this.
