I have owned a Black & Decker leaf blower for many years, it is a wonderful product. The batteries provided however, do not last forever. I have ordered replacements before, some of which did not last very long. This is the second time I have ordered battery replacements but this time I also received some instructional information I had not seen before on the proper way to use and charge them. Armed with this new information and two new good batteries, I fully expect to not need new batteries for a few years.

I have purchased Vanon replacement batteries for my DeWalt tools several times in the past and found them to be reliable. I have recommended them to others as well but I will no longer do this. I recently ordered two 7ah 20v batteries with their new technology. The batteries came with a two bar partial charge. The instructions that came with them said to charge fully before use with the manufacturer s charger. The problem is that neither battery would charge on any of the 3 DeWalt factory chargers I have. They showed full charge at two bars. I tried to contact Vanon but their site said they were unavailable and to leave a message and they would get back to me. After a week of waiting with no contact I returned the batteries to Amazon and requested replacement. I was out of town when the replacement batteries arrived so my first opportunity to test them was this morning. The replacement batteries will not charge either so back they go for a refund. In the past I have found Vanon to be very responsive to customer service requests but they don't seem to be interested any longer. At present I have tried 4 of their new patented batteries with a zero success rate. Based on these results don't waste your money.

This is exactly as shown or explained, it is a Dewalt battery crossover. Fits all my Dewalt tools and works perfectly, battery life is also great. I would definitely order again; pricing is way less than the brand name.

I got two of these after having to return four defective batteries from another seller. They both took a charge readily. My only concern is the real world run time. In a DeWalt DCST922 Weed Eater a newer, fully charged, 5.0 Ah DeWalt OEM battery gives me 25 minutes of run time. At 7 .0 Ah these should provide more run time, but they don't. I only get about 21 minutes of run time in the same weed eater. But the price is so much better that a new DeWalt battery that it really doesn't make that much difference. Oddly they both have, what can only be described a "flashlight", that can only be used when the battery is not installed in a device. I am not sure what use this will have.

These are great! More power than the B&D batteries
