Great pressure. Charge lasts well.
Great for de-mudding or decontaminating your dog before getting back into your vehicle. Pump pressure is ample for loosening dirt or pollutants and rinsing out shampoo. Also great for a cooling rinse for Fido when he’s overheated. Small to pack. Drops into my wide-mouth water canister easily. Shower head and pipe are easy to dry sufficiently for vehicle storage with a few light centrifugal swings. Pump water drains out enough with a little shaking and tapping. At home I hang the unit out to dry over a water bottle rack.

Good pump!
This shower unit has worked very well for me. I like that it has 2 speeds so you can control how much water it uses. I also like that you can shut the shower head off while pump is running which allows you to shampoo your hair, for example, while not wasting water. I made a stake that screws into threaded hole on the bottom of the pump so it can be used in stream beds or in a pond or lake and not suck up sediment which could clog the pump. I wish it came with one like pictured in the instructions but it was simple to make. Battery seems to last a long time. It also has a removable screen over the intake on the pump which is a nice feature. Overall, I am very pleased with its function and how well it’s made.

Great for cleaning the road salt off my bike in Winter.
Main reason I'm giving this 5 stars is because I realized it's perfect for solving my Winter bike cleaning headaches. Live in the Northeast. Anytime, the weather cooperates in the Winter, I want to go out for a ride, but then you have to worry about rinsing the road salt off. I turn off my garden hose spigots and cover them in the winter. I put my garden hoses away. I don't have a shower big enough to wash my bike inside. BUT!!! i can easily fill a 5 gallon buck with warm water and use this gadget to clean the dirt and salt off my bike. LOVE IT. It's a pump obviously so don't let it freeze until you run it dry. I just toss the whole thing into the bucket, leaving it running with the water recycling inside the bucket. Don't have to worry about it freezing while I scrub my bike. Be sure to let the bike dry off in the Sun before you put away. I guess I mostly use this for washing my bike. I have a Geyser sponge shower for my own showers, but this thing is perfect for washing the muck off my bike. In a pinch, i've used on my truck, just for the door and windshield. Water pressure won't hose off a dirty vehicle well. it's more for getting things wet and rinsing off.

Perfect camping shower
Good product. Small form factor, nice case for transportation. Water pressure is good, can only expect so much for .6-.8 gallons per minute. Holes are really small on the shower head, prone to clogging if using unfiltered water. Would be nice to have an auto on/off for the motor so when I cut off water at the shower head it doesn’t burn up the motor. Would buy again or recommend.

Sweat after bikes ? Buy this.
Great product , water moves way better than you would expect. Showers after bikes , hikes, work running around in 100 degree heat, toss this is your cooler and have an ice shower.

Ok for camp showers. Not much pressure.
Ok flow and battery life as advertised. Kind of bummed for the price it didn’t have any sort of carrying case. Works to spray off feet or take a shower but not enough pressure to really clean anything well.

Much better than the Huskfirm pressurized system!
As mentioned in the title, I already owned the Huskfirm pressurized camping shower system but as I own a FlexTail tiny portable air pump with camping light (which I love!) I wanted to see how their shower pump compared. Well, there's really no comparison...the FlexTail pump is far better than the Huskfirm system! The latter requires you to fill a large, collapsable 20L bag which is a little challenging as you need to hold it up the majority of the time while filling it. Secondly, that system build pressure via a small air pump similar to what you find in fish tanks. That takes a while and you'd better enjoy the bubbling sound as you'll be hearing it for some time! Once it reaches full pressure (6.0 PSI) you can use it as a shower but there really isn't much flow to the water, and once it drops below 4.0 PSI (relatively quickly) the air pump kicks on to keep up the pressure but has a tough time doing so. So, as you may expect, I was content with the Huskfirm until I saw the FlexTail. This system couldn't be easier or quicker. Just connect the tubing at top and bottom (takes about a second each), turn it on and drop it in a water source (bucket, can, stream or lake) and you are ready to shower! There are two speeds to the pump, so push the 'Start' button twice for maximum pressure! While it doesn't equal a shower at home, it's pretty impressive! The downsides? Well, first you need a source of water. If you don't plan to be near a natural source, you'll need some sort of receptacle to hold it. Secondly, on full pressure this thing will go through water quickly! A 11L (3 gal) buck may last five minutes. I plan to buy a 24L (6.4 gal) BPA-free water jug to use as I normally car camp so I won't have to hike it in. The upsides? If you do have a natural source where you'll be camping, this system is small and light thus easily carried in your backpack. Also, I've already mentioned the excellent pressure; it is impressive compared to the Huskfirm! The FlexTail is also quiet and as stated, quick and easy to set up. It simply seems to be built better as well! Neither system is cheap, but as they are pretty close in price the choice is clear! Get the FlexTail, it is more versatile, compact and simply does a much better job!
