Connectors and pins are fine as long as you have an appropriate crimper. I don’t like that the pins are suppled in one roll and once you get them out of the box, no way you can put it back in, it’s like a clock spring, unravels and tangles up. So I had to spend 10 minutes chopping it in shorter strips that will fit the storage compartments. Other than that this kit is fine.

Connectors worked for what I needed them for and were cheap

Good connector set. It has everything included in the box, just pay attention to the size. There are a lot of similar connectors shapes and sizes. Make sure to get a crimping tool!

The listing claims 450 pieces, but this is clearly false. The rolled-up pins are actually a single strip, and the seller only includes 10 of each smaller 5-pin connector. While this quantity is sufficient, the price of $9.99 is clearly inflated. Additionally, my order arrived late and was damaged.

I've been working on a number of IOT projects where I've needed various JST connectors to wire up different evaluation boards and sensors and such. This was a much quicker solution than ordering the individual connectors I needed, and gives me a stock on hand of various pin count connectors for whatever I could run into down the road. The connectors themselves are of a good quality plastic, and the crimp pins are reasonable quality. Do keep in mind these are crimp pins, not solder pins, so you will need to proper crimping tool to use these. So far no complaints, the ones I've used have held up well over multiple insertion/removal cycles and I'm happy with them!

I ordered these for my son because he said he needed some electrical connectors for his projects and he said they worked perfect for what he needed!
