Good device
The canister looked well made and the mask was easy to assemble and usage was simplicity itself. No complaints.

How do I return faulty canisters?
Unfortunately the very weak flow of oxygen lasted for only a few minutes. It was also very difficult to press the extremely stiff button. This problem applied to both canisters.

Do not buy - faulty rubbish product. And unable to get a refund or return.
This particular product was faulty and I complained on Amazon and originally gave this one star. Evolve actually phoned me and sent a replacement product immediately. I cannot fault their customer service. Thank you for dealing with my problem so quickly and efficiently. five stars for customer service!

First one was faulty but resolved straight away
Purchased this and it arrived yesterday. It doesn’t work. It literally worked for about 10 breaths. It’s either faulty or wasn’t full. Update- the seller sent a new one straight away which works. They called me to ask if it was resolved. Great customer service.
