Comfortable but questionable quality
The pillow is very comfortable and I have enjoyed sleeping with it but the zipper is broken after 3 washes. I tried to contact the seller to see about a replacement but was unable to

They retain their shape no matter what you do to them

Horrible too firm. Returning.
I’ve been having issues with neck pain. Purchased every damn pillow under the sun. My sports rehab doctor suggested I get this cervical pillow for support to my neck. It is too firm. I am returning it. Made my neck worst and I didn’t even sleep on it. Tried it straight out of the box. I think it’s going to be a hard pass on purchasing any more cervical pillows at this point. So if you’re looking for firm support this is for you and if you want something in between this isn’t the pillow for you.

Highly recommend this to anyone with neck issues!
I have cervical ridiculopthy/central cord syndrome from a work accident, before I bought this pillow sleeping was horrible!!!!! I am soo thankful I bought this pillow an will highly recommend this to anyone who has neck issues!! I can sleep all night an not have any neck issues through out the night!! Definitely will buy this same pillow when my current one needs to be replaced!

Maintains cool temp / Awkward neck angle
This pillow does maintain a cool temp. It is very thick, however. When on my back this raises the head much too high tilting it forward and so doesn't allow proper curvature of the neck. The position forces the same poor posture that I'm working to correct. When on my side this causes a crook in my neck even with my shoulders being broader than average.
