Excellent, but it is Made in China maybe (
I searched very hard for this product and everything I could find on it said that it came from Turkey and I guess I was understanding or wanting to understand, but I bought it thinking it was made in Turkey. When I opened it today I saw on the box it says made in China and that was very disappointing, but if you look on the bottom of the unit it says it's made in Turkey or at least it has the name Ankara, Turkey where it would normally show place of origin. So I'm not exactly sure. The box says China the product is marked Turkey. I opened it, washed the pot and I made the first cup of coffee from it and it worked absolutely perfect and the sensor did not let it boil over. I was not able to get it to pour off the foam and then repeat as I can fixing it to traditional way but it turned out almost or close enough to make it worthwhile just for the ease of use. I bought this to travel with me and make coffee in the hotels and it seems like it will be perfect. I would recommend this product but I do want people to know that try to avoid china made items may or maynot be made in China but it is a very nice product.

Bad
I really lost my money after only 4 months, It’s stopped working and the electricity doesn't reach it. It's a very poor quality.

Easy to use and so convenient!
Overall I’m happy about it- I wish it stays on a bit longer than 1:30 minutes - I want it to be cooked a bit longer for deeper taste You don’t have to watch it or worry about it boiling over - it’s definitely easy to prepare and enjoy Turkish coffee!

Nice machine but different results now
I ordered this Turkish coffee maker because I was aching for a delicious cup of coffee that had no bitterness, while having a full bodied flavor and nice foam on top. This one from Lensse seemed to be the one to get, since I wasn’t likely to get an ibrik for the stovetop. So, I got the highly recommended Turkish coffee brand Kurukahveci Mehmet Efendi and made my first perfect cup with the electric pot. The machine quickly heated the coffee and the half pot of cold filtered water I’d put in. The coffee bubbled up right to the top just for an instant before falling back down, thanks to the temperature sensor doing its job. I had plenty of foam and used sugar, but didn’t even need any milk. It was luscious. For about one month I was enjoying this coffee treat every afternoon (tea in the mornings). Then gradually, over another few weeks, it just didn’t come out the same. The coffee barely rose before shutting off. There was a minimum of foam to enjoy, and the finished coffee started tasting bitter. I bought smaller amounts of coffee in strong foil bags in case staleness was the problem. I started to try varying amounts of filtered water and amounts of coffee. Nothing brought back the flavor of those first few weeks. The machine appeared to be working fine, but now I wonder if there might have been a change in the sensor’s efficiency. I never figured out what the problem was, but I’ve adapted to it by going back to adding milk or cream which helps some. As for value for money, when I ordered this Lensse Turkish (made in China) coffee maker, it cost a whopping 83 usd. Two weeks later, the price had dropped to 69 usd. At the time of this review, it is still the same. There’s a wide range of different brands available on Amazon, as well as a wide range of prices to match. I’m sorry to say it hasn’t been worth the original price to me, nor maybe even the current one. I wouldn’t order it again.

The machine doesn’t give any sign of working or whatsoever. I plugged it in and there was no sound or light. Tried pressing on the turn on button multiple times or holding it but nothing happened. Inserted the coffee pot and also nothing happened. Even tried another power cable that surely works and still nothing. I’m in Canada and the electricity is matching the required voltage. The conclusion is there is a fault with the machine. I requested a return and still waiting for it.

Normally, the machine has been working well. Just once, it was not stopped automatically. I had to clean up all the mess. But besides that, all is fine.
