I tried several coffees from several vendors and coops and retailers. This is great in single origins and when blended. My wife likes darker more bitter and I like mediums less bitter. I’ve roasted medium and dark and a blend of both for drip, aeropress and espresso. All are great. I’ve purchased now four times and will continue.

not impressed with the results. tried medium and dark roast, none of those 4 stands out. pretty standard quality.

These beans roast perfectly every time. Company is very responsible.

Bags are not individually sealed, they're connected on the ends. Once you open one - the rest are no longer airtight.
