I have had problems falling and staying asleep.since my bone on bone hip have been paining me.it really helps my hip painat times.it depends on what I have done during the day .I had complete knee surgery, and at the end of my 4 week I could hardly see the scar. The doctor ask where is the scar.it was hardly noticeably. Iwake up in a better mood.im more energized after a night sleep. My sister an I have pretty much the same type of pains she had a birthday on the18th of september.I ,surprised her with one of these mats,she wrote me and said it does not heat up. So I went on to explain how it works.I hope she gets some benefit from it.durability, value for the money ,size,peace of mine.less stress.and most of all pain relief

I wasn’t so sure about this whole grounding thing, but I thought what the heck, I’ll order it. Well, my aches and pains are fewer, my back feels SO much better after using it for the past couple of months. I put mine on the couch, the dog seems to gravitate to it too. I say, give it a whirl!

This is definitely an interesting product, and when I am sitting and working or reading, I like to put my feet on the pad. I bought the larger pad so that I could sleep on it but the only problem is it shocks you through the night and wakes you up. That is not fun. Also it does not stay put because it slides as you slide so not the best for sleeping on but it definitely makes a difference. I would get a smaller pad next time. I haven’t tried it during my workout yet.

This is my come to for bedtime. I’ve found a big improvement in my legs after sleeping on it.
