Thunder Ease makes our lives easier because when my doggy is relaxed I am too!
My little girl mixed breed has a few different “fears” that make her nervous occasionally. Of course, thunder is right up there at the very top. The first year after I had rescued her I noticed thunderstorms made her hide underneath beds, furniture or anywhere that made her feel safe. I felt helpless for her and looked up information about dogs being afraid of loud sounds and found this wonderful product Thunder Ease calming spray. A few days later I experimented with it by spraying her surroundings with this odorless pheromone and it honestly worked like a miracle! She falls asleep within minutes and it doesn’t take much to help her. That was 5 years ago and I’m never without this stuff. It’s in a base which contains alcohol and that’s the only odor this stuff has. That smell rapidly evaporates but the pheromone is on her bed or my bed wherever I sprayed it. She just relaxes and goes to sleep for a few hours. It seems to work better on some dogs. I guess I got lucky and I’ll never be without it! I also take it on car trips. It’s really a lifesaver! I purchase the larger size of 60 ml. The bottle I have now is at least a year old and still works fabulously.

IF you spray it in your dogs carseat...
I'm not going to post photos of the bottle or my dogs because the photos on the page match the product and my furbabies don't show you how it works. What I will tell you is that my girls have a love/hate relationship with car rides! I don't know why! They have lovely Lookout Carseats and they're safely secured. To keep them from getting carsick, I also have fans that blow on them in addition to the rear seat a/c vents. While they get excited to get in the car, once driving, they don't like it so much, so I decided to give this a try. I sprayed it in their carseats about 30-minutes before we had to leave and checked after 15-minutes. WOW! My care reeked of alcohol! I rolled down all the windows to allow my car to air out another 15-minutes. If it bothers me, their sensitive noses would have been on fire! Did it work? They were calmer than usual. But they also had Zesty Paws Calming Chews an hour before we left. So who's to say? All I know is that the combo of the two worked great. If you plan to spray ANYTHING with this, do your pup a kindness and give it at least 30-minutes BEFORE you expose them to it. ESPECIALLY in a small space!

Not perfect for my pup
This did not work for our dog. He’s a very anxious traveler so I think he just needs more than this, I don’t know that it’s really a comment on this product, I think it’s just him.

Diffuser leaks and doesn’t work after 3 weeks
The diffuser started leaking oil around the outlet after 3 weeks of use. It says a return is eligible but I can’t return it. When it was working it was great for my dog’s separation issues. But if I need to replace the diffuser every 3 weeks that isn’t worth the price.

Helps calm your dog.
I used used this spray on the Thundershirts and it helped calm my dogs. I used it every time we had a storm coming. With it my dogs were calm, without it they were nervous.

Seems to work!
I have sprayed this on bedding, and even on my dog’s chest. It does take the edge off of her anxiety. Takes 10 minutes or so to see effect. I use it very seldom, so no idea if this could be used daily for the same purpose.

Worth every penny!
This spray has made car trips with my yorkie wonderful. He wags his tail when I ask if he wants to go on a car ride. Before buying this spray, he cried real tears and whined the entire trip whether it was 10 min or 3 hours. Now he chills out, looks out the window, sleeps or just sits and chills. I spray a little blanket inside before we leave, that I lay in his car seat. It has been a Godsend for him and me.
