Downgrading to one star as the product stopped working after 6 months, the camera is no longer displayed on the indoor unit, it doesn't ring and the app reports "device not found". The product exceeded my expectations, physical installation was a breeze thanks to the included drilling templates, screwdriver and cables. We did a modification to the (also included) 24v power supply , by cutting it open with a saw and wiring it directly to the mains so it would fit inside a wall box. The cabling is where it got tricky, the doorbell and the screen unit are linked through two cables that, given the +/- signs on the connectors, it leads one to think that they are used to power the doorbell. Well, no they are used for data as well, we had a previous doorbell installation with a 2 pair cable (orange/blue) and we decided to use the white cables for - and orange/blue for +, and that would power up the doorbell but it would not link to the screen, after 2 hours of troubleshooting it worked like a charm once we used just the blue/orange cables. The EZVIZ user experience is an order of magnitude better than the Ring Doorbell I replaced.

Well, it worked for a few hours then it said no camera detected but it was so ordered another on e an will get a refund for the first one, lets see how this one goes

Después de casi más de un año usándolo, aquí os dejo mi opinión . Compré el EZVIZ CP7 para mi casa y ha superado mis expectativas. Lo que más destaco es su calidad de imagen 2K, su amplio ángulo de visión de 162°, lo que permite ver claramente quién está en la puerta, incluso de noche gracias a su visión nocturna infrarroja que tiene una resolución excelente y el desbloqueo remoto de la puerta a través de la App. La función de audio bidireccional es muy útil para hablar con los visitantes desde cualquier lugar a través de la app EZVIZ, solo a destacar el retraso de pocos segundos que presenta por ser conexión Wifi. Además, el cambiador de voz añade un extra de seguridad cuando se trata de desconocidos. También me ha resultado muy práctico el desbloqueo remoto de puerta o portón, ya sea desde el monitor interior, la app o con tarjeta RFID. El desbloqueo remoto es un punto a favor cuando se trata de recibir pedidos y no estás en casa. Otro punto fuerte es la detección inteligente de movimiento, que me avisa cuando hay alguien en la puerta y permite configurar zonas específicas de detección para evitar falsas alarmas. En general, es un sistema de videoportero confiable, fácil de instalar y con funciones avanzadas que ofrecen comodidad y seguridad. ¡Muy recomendado para casas!

Produit reçu il y a 3 semaines, installé aussitôt et fonctionne à merveille. Très bonne qualité d'image qui n'a rien à voir avec mon ancien visiophone. Pour la connection j'ai utilisé 2 petits fils d'un ancien cable téléphonique d'une longueur de 60 mètres et ça fonctionne très bien. j'ai acheté en plus une carte micro SD de 128 GB La détection intelligente d'image est intéressante mais ne prend pas à 100%. Très bien pour l'application sur le téléphone

Lo compre desde México y es la sensación, excelente producto, totalmente recomendado!!! Estoy a la vanguardia con excelente videoportero Editado: múltiples fallas con conexión, error de imagen en monitor, en ocasiones al llamado del timbre la imagen que proyecta monitor es una grabación de llamado anterior y no en tiempo real, y lo peor es que reporte con evidencia y me dijeron que enviaron un reemplazo, lo cual fue falso, pues ahora me piden haga devolución para reemplazo, se imaginan devolver desde México, trayecto, recepción, revisión, reenvío, trayecto y llegada?????? Imposible, casi un mes para todo ese proceso, que lastima de atención a cliente Ezviz....😔

Una volta capita come funziona e come deve essere montata, poi funziona benissimo ed è molto bello il tutto. Ottima per chi deve montarla dove non arriva l' elettricità fuori al cancello.
