I will be having a hip replacement in 30 days and wanted to get on top of how I will ice following surgery and this fits the bill! I've been wearing since I received it and it is a much better alternative to regular ice packs. The velcro keeps it in place and is providing great relief. I bought an additional ice pack for it so I'm set to go. Highly recommend!!

Top shelf construction. Something I would expect to get from a PT/Surgical Center and pay a LOT more for! Easy to use. Ice pack stays cold for longer than I could keep it on for. Highly recommend.

I bought a few extra of these to go with a wrap I bought prior to surgery, and can't recommend this system enough. The cold packs stay cold for exactly the duration you need them (for most situations, you don't want them to be icy cold for more than 15-20min) and they contour around your body even when frozen. I kept four of them on rotation in my freezer for post-op orthopedic recovery, and bought the 2hr ice packs that are the same size for use overnight (I couldn't find these on Amazon and had to order directly from the site, but they still delivered super fast). By far the best therapy wraps I've ever used, and I've been through a few of them as a runner. The price point is also super reasonable, especially when you compare the range of price points for other therapy-related devices available. I'll be buying a few of these just to have in case I need them.

I was excited when I saw the video by the physical therapist on YouTube. I went to the website the prices were rather high and they did have one that was extended extended time length, I should have ordered from the website, but like I said all three products together, ankle and knee and hip would have been at least $150, that was with a discount coupon. So I went to Amazon they had the exact same product, I ordered the products. I put this ice pack in the freezer overnight the first time-it didn't stay cold for exactly 20 minutes- my icing schedule that my doctor recommended is 20 minutes on, 20 minutes off. You can't do that with these ice packs because you have to put the ice pack back in the freezer at least for 2 hours to get it cold. It needs to be sold in a 2- pack, for the price of $19.99. very disappointed. To complete my icing schedule, I had to go back to the big bulky brick ice packs to finish my icing schedule, this was a waste of money. I have not yet received the ankle and the knee braces, if they at least do half the job I will have to buy an additional one took at least complete a one cycle of icing. I still have additional work to be done and I'll just spend the $219 which I should have done and just bought me a polar system.

the BEST ice packs in the world. I have severe carpal tunnel that affects my wrist and my fingers/knuckles. Many other wraps don't think about your FINGERS! BUT this one does! I can easily adjust it to fit perfect over any wrist/hand/finger/knuckle area that is hurting. After a few days, I didn't even need to use them. I keep them in the freezer ready to go though! They are SOFT FLEXIBLE and don't leak nasty blue goo everywhere! And they're guaranteed to remain flexible. The BEST wrap and ice packs I purchased. PS - for those who write negative comments on the wrist wrap -- consider this -- some say that the ice pack is too cold to sit directly on their skin, well there's TWO layers you can choose from to place your ice pack inside of. And if you follow the directions, it says to allow it to sit out a few minutes after removing it from the freezer before applying it to your skin. This helps tremendously. ALSO, some complain that the ice packs just fall out.. there's a little piece/flap attached to the insert (where you place your ice pack) that just slips over the ice packs to keep them nice and secure inside. I chase toddlers around with my ice pack on and it never falls out :)

Packs get nice and cold and I have not experienced any leaks. I bought these packs as extras for my AW Activewrap hand/wrist wrap.
