Easy install and works ok with one exception
I like this product, was about to install it in about 20mins. Used an existing app called SmartLife to find and set it up. Update to below query. Inside the SmartLife app you can modify the type of switch, by default it's button and once changed to toggle switch it works perfectly My own query is the existing switch behaviour. If the lights are off and I turn on the switch the lights come on, but turning off the switch does nothing. I'd expect the lights to go off again. Is this correct behaviour or have I missed something? I don't want to have to turn the lights off every time with a voice command

Needs features but great product!
Please please add the ability to turn of smooth lighting. Currently only option is 5sec-15sec. Trying to prevent flicking lights when turned on. Thank you! Other than that the instructions were amazing, great option for keeping original switch and making it smart.

Expensive ... But worth the money
Bought this to make a free standing dimmable led lamp ... so having a neutral line was not an issue. Want sure if it would work ok with an led ... But it works fine. This is a very smart and slick dimmer, flip on/off and touch sensitive slide to dim. Alexa integration is simple enough and works well... On, off dim & bright commands all work 'out of the box'. Only negative is the fixing screws ... I'm not sure what country they are for ... But they are the wrong thread for a standard UK patress - although not a big deal.

Poor product and No support
Does not deliver the functions advertised. Switch "state" is unreliable and raley works even with a snubber in place to remove any transients. Exposed functions promoted on Zigbee2mqtt do not exist such as toggle state and query state. No response from Moes support at all. A well built little Tuya device but let down by Moes implentation and support. At a minuimum they should change description on zigbee2mqtt device catalogue.

Does not work with Home Assistant / Sonoff Zigbee 3 dongle
The device is found by Home Assistant via ZHA, but the entities are shown as unavailable. Have re-discovered a few times, as well as restarted Home Assistant, but always "This entity is unavailable". Packaging says Zigbee 3, but presumably only through their gateway.

Neutral required to work
This is a nice dimmer switch, looks great and works well if you have a neutral available. I'm lucky that I've rewired my house and added neutrals to the switches 'for future use'. The switch connected to Wifi via the Tuya app on the second attempt, connected to Alexa all by itself, and then was easy to Associate this switch with another non-dimmable switch for two way switching. All works perfectly so far. Other than the neutral required, mine came with M4 fixing screws. UK back boxes require M3.5. I would buy and use another.
