Plugged in USB cord and something snapped and it doesn't work. Cheap plastic. I should have known when there was not weight to the box. Am not able to return as I got it in August!

This Menorah is pretty, and I like the LED bulbs, but for the price, I guess I was expecting metal instead of plastic. It's nice, but way over-priced.
