No More Parchment Paper! This product is easy to use - so easy to clean! I always fought with the role of parchment paper and now this is just what I needed. Food slides right off too.

Good product at good price.

I had an old brand-name Silpat that fits into my half-sheet pans, but wanted one for a quarter-sheet pan and felt having more half-sheet pans would be a Good Thing. These came promptly, and can only be distinguished from my brand-name Silpat by the writing on the brand-name pat. Definitely would buy these again.
