Very Strong Herb for Sleep. Earthy taste recommend pairing with aromatic herb like chamomile for taste. You will feel the relaxing effects inside of an hour 🙂

Pleasantly surprised, very good tea!

We tried this different brand but it has a strange taste to it and it comes in much larger chunks than we are used to or prefer... had to soak it and chop it into smaller pieces. Other than that, it appears to work herbally as expected. Not sure if we will get it again or not.
