It Worked
Upgraded my 3 wire dryer connection to 4 wire. This outlet did not come in Levitton packaging. It had a paper label with a hand written number on it. Like it had been returned to stock. These are difficult to wire with #10 conductors.

Right item. Do not over tighten when installing wires.
Use this on two separate places in my home both for dryers and they work great almost a year since I've had them and everything is still working great. No overheating or anything. Don't tighten too hard or else prongs will move out of place and you will not be able to plug anything in.
