Probably works as support for sporting activities. Not great for carpal tunnel.

I bought this because I was using my laptop a lot and I was getting pain in my wrist. Well, I know what that means! Time to get some kind of brace before the dreaded carpal tunnel sets in! I wanted something that held my wrist straight and put some pressure but didn't cut off the circulation and the thumb hole was comfortable. I am glad I bought this brace. It works. I started using it and within 3 days the pain was gone. I keep using it just in case. PROS: Easy to use, to put on and remove Stays in place Applies comfortable pressure in the right spot Not bulky! A real plus! It's a very basic design, no frills and that's what so good about it. Price is also very good Stitching is strong and well made CONS: none Recommended? YES I've got it on right now as I write this. :-)

I have used a wrist brace for a very long time. This is absolutely the best wrist brace I have ever had. It is comfortable yet supportive and easy to get on and off.

Provided me support for typing and tinkering. Was also comfy enough to sleepp with.

This wrist brace is not suitable for RSI, it binds very close to the hand, and not at the wrist for support.
