Excellent Probiotic, I have tried several different brands over the years from Align, Culturelle, Florastor, and Vitacost. The Nutricost Complex contains an excellent blend of probiotic strains to keep your gut healthy. I have been using this product for almost 3-years and have not been disappointed.
