I have compressed disks in my lower back. I also go to chiropractor that has decompression chair and bed, but this belt is the best thing I use to ease my pain. I would recommend to anybody that has a pinched nerve in lower bank for decompressing spine. Quality product is have had for a while with zero issues.

Have used the belt for a couple of weeks and feel it is helpful, diminishing the back pain enough to get through daily chores. Appreciate that the product is well designed and manufactured. The pump and valve screw take a bit of perseverance but once you get the hang of it, it works well. If your low back hurts, I’d say it is certainly worth a try.

The waist size was not right and therefore the product did not provide any relief - a total waste of money.

I love this back brace but the size is too large for me, for that reason I ordered another ones with my correct size. Good product. But the size chart is different from Amazon’s chart.

A great product for those that have back pain.

Good support but poor quality control. I have herniated discs in low back and this product provides relief and support/stability. This is second one we have ordered. This is upgraded a bit from prior model that I purchased for another family member. Received this late May and July 30 the pressure gauge on the pump to inflate it has broken. the needle is now frozen and won't return to zero. As it is important to inflate to proper PSI I am frustrated. The company has not responded to my request and Amazon says item is not eligible for return. For almost $250 this is not acceptable. It is under warrant but again company not responding to my warranty claim.

Love this product. Does more than the average support belt. Worth the money

By waist is 106 cm. It is written that cl is 101-116cm. However, xl waist in minimal adjustment is loose. I can’t make in narrower. Go for 1 size down. Product is not eligible to replace. Not professional approach.
