I’ve been using copper pain bracelets for 15 years.I love pretty things that works.I convinced my daughter in law to try it because of her knee pain.It worked.She was surprised I wasn’t.I get a lot of nice compliments but when I tell them it’s a pain bracelet mouths dropped.I love it.I just doesn’t like it has to be adjusted in size.Very difficult.I took both to Jewerly shop to get links taken out..

I included video, and photos in different lighting so other buyers can get a good idea of the appearance. It is customizable to your wrist size. It seems to help me with energy. I do not like to take it off and even wear it while sleeping. I only remove it to shower. It’s beautiful and I feel like it’s giving me more energy. That’s all for a short review. The following is a longer more detailed breakdown of the pros and cons for those who want more info: ✅ Pros: The little cubic zirconia gems are small enough they don’t look tacky. Just sparkly and eye catching. The rose gold is vibrant. I can’t catch the true color and sparkle on camera. It looks more gold on camera than rose gold. It looks better in person. The item looks to me like fresh copper that has never been oxidized. It has a coating over it that makes the metal shine and keeps it from tarnishing. I usually can’t wear regular bracelets because my wrists are so small. This is easily corrected with the tools provided. There is a QR code, scan the code and watch the tutorial. It takes about 3 minutes and all tools are included. Entirely customizable to your wrist size. The manufacturer also provides additional links for free if you need them. You could request extra and wear this as an ankle bracelet if you wanted. The bracelet is so easy to get on and off and I love this part of it. I’m not fiddling with it for 10 minutes trying to get it on or off. The clasp is very easy to undo with one hand. In terms of what these bracelets claim to do…..I’m chronically ill and I don’t know if it’s doing anything or not. I know the placebo effect is very real, even saving people’s lives sometimes and science cannot explain how belief can produce results that are comparable to medical treatment or sometimes better than medical treatment. We also know very little about the body’s natural magnetic field and what that does or what influences it. I feel something while wearing it. I don’t like to take it off and wear it sleeping as well as all day. I’d like to get another for my other wrist to balance out any magnetic interaction with my own magnetic field. Science has proven we all produce our own magnetic field. How this bracelet interacts with that field is unknown to me but it feels like it’s doing something and I have felt more energized. Is it the bracelet? Is it my belief in the bracelet? Does it matter? As long as it feels like it’s doing something then I don’t think it matters. ❌ Cons: I feel the magnets could be stronger and there could be more magnets added to the inside. That is my only complaint. ⭐️ Overall: Pleased with the purchase. I enjoy wearing the bracelet and I feel like it’s giving me more energy. I’m chronically ill and it’s hard for me to clean but I’ve gotten a lot done since I started wearing this. It might be a placebo effect but that does not matter to me as it produces the same results: more energy. The bracelet is beautiful and I enjoy wearing it for aesthetic purposes. I think it is reasonably priced, entirely customizable for each person’s wrist, and it seems durable and well made. I notice I have more energy while wearing it. Placebo effect or not the bracelet or my belief in the bracelet gives me more energy. I will update this review if it doesn’t hold up to regular wear and tear or if I notice anything else significant to potential buyers. I hope the video and pictures in different lighting of the rose gold color helps someone as at the time of my purchase there were no pictures of the rose gold color so I had to purchase blind off the manufacturer pictures.
