This is a quality piece and matches what's on my steel fuel transfer tank but did not work on the plastic 55 gal barrel it was intended for. I dont need a second one as the only wear part is the cap and they last many years. Quality - 5, Fit - 0

Good quality - heavy duty the cap is lock able. But the whole thing screws on to the tank - unless you glue it / use thread locker or some similar substance then with a big wrench / adjustable water pump wrench the whole thing with locked lid can be turned off and the gas/diesel stolen. So great idea with a big flaw.

Cap fit like it should with minimum effort. Does not appear to leak. I'll know more about how durable it is as time goes by, but it appears to be sturdy.
