I don't understand how people report that this is difficult to set up - The instructions are basic, but very straight-forward - I had this unboxed, put together and programmed, ready to go in more or less 10 minutes. The only 'guess-work' is how much to deliver each independent time-slot, for our five cats, but this is really easy to change once you have the right amounts. The feeder feels very well made, is quite robust and does what it needs to do. The only thing that caught me out was realising I had placed the feeder in the wrong corner of the room - I picked it up by the main unit to move it to another corner of the room and the trays fell away spilling the biscuits all over the floor - entirely my fault, I should have thought it through! Good product, good value, speedy delivery and, so far, good customer service. Highly recommended!

Once assembled it's great to use but the system for setting times and quantity of food dispensed is a little time consuming if not difficult to adjust. Could be easier but product itself looks good and sturdy.

Really impressed with this automatic pet feeder. We were going away for 5 days and have 2 rescued feral cats that made their home in the garage. It would’ve been impossible to take them to a cattery as they would be very scared and aggressive. This was a life saver. Being able to adjust the amount of kibble and record a voice to call them was a great addition. The food container was large and would definitely have fed both cats for easily up to 10 days. I am really surprised by the price, it’s so inexpensive for what it is. 100% recommend!

I’ve had this for 10 months now. I have it set to dispense 3 times a day. It works perfectly. Never had an issue. Wasn’t expecting this much longevity for the price. My cats don’t pester me for food at 0600 am anymore because the machine serves their breakfast. Seems to be air tight container so the biscuits don’t go stale or my two wouldn’t eat them!

Had high hopes for this, and it seems to work well, but we have problems with the amount of food we can put into it otherwise it fails to dispense - we can only fill it to just under halfway. It can also be quite loud and squeaky when the mechanism is running. Other than that, it has good options to dispenses during the day. Currently got it set to 3 feeds per day but it could allow us to dispense smaller and more often, which may suit others well.

Item arrived well packed and was easy to put together. Manual is adequate enough to allow you to set up the unit. The voice recording feature is nice, but with the inability to control the volume (or I didn't find any way to), it's really loud and actually scared the cats away, so I turned that feature off. The 6 feeding time options with individual portion control size should be more than enough for most cats and is a great way to prevent your cats over-eating in one sitting. The dispenser will sometimes fling a single nugget outside of the ball, but that's just down to the the delivery mechanism used to control the portions and in my opinion, it's not a problem. All-in-all, happy with the purchase.

It started off so well with this feeder until the cats started to explore it in detail! We have 2 boys (3 years old) and one weighs 6.5kg, the other 5.5kg. They realised that it they rubbed against the lid at the right angle, they could sometimes get this off and access the biscuits. I write this as I have just been woken up by a noise downstairs, and on entering the kitchen, the cats had managed to topple the entire unit, which lay on it's side whilst the boys were filling their faces. Be warned, looks decent but seems unable to cope with curious cats.....

A little difficult to follow the initial instructions to get the quantity of food right. Setting up the feed times and connecting it all together was pretty straightforward. The metal part of the feed trays can’t be knocked out by the cats which are great but easy enough to remove to clean. The cats are more than happy to be next to each other eating. The voice record function has made all the difference as the cats were a little slow to make the change from their old bowls without it. One of my cats now sits next to it waiting for it to feed him for at least 20 minutes a day. Great that they aren’t pestering me and waking me up at 5am anymore.

Can set a lot of meals throughout the day and can change the quantity that comes out. It's the same quantity that comes out each time, a small serving x serving size. For example, you set it for one serving being 4 x for example, it will simply push out the same small amount 4 times at the time you set it for. The serving size doesn't change, but the amount of times it comes out does. Works well, has a back up battery. Holds a good amount of food for 2 cats, last for several weeks. Food comes out mostly evenly on both sides. Only small complaint is that for the regular size kibbles, I have to add more quantity to the timer. The bigger the kibble, the smaller the amount of food that gets pushed out, so you may need to up the portion to compensate for this. Really like it, allows me to go away for a while knowing my cats are being fed. Also easy to clean.

No more getting yelled at my cat for food! Holds a ton of food, works perfectly, I never have to worry about it. Easy to clean, well built. The only downsize is that it is a bit loud when dispensing food, but it’s a few seconds so it doesn’t really bother us. My husband likes to yell “party time, kitten” at the cat when we hear it, so I guess it’s a positive after all.

Bis jetzt kann ich nichts negatives sagen. Da wir beide auf Arbeit gehen war ich auf der suche nach einem Futterautomat für mein beiden Coonis (Maine Coon). Er ist einfach zu programmieren und zu reinigen. So bekommen die beiden eine extra Portion Futter , so wie es geplant war. Die Dosierung ist ebenfalls recht leicht , hab es bei Inbetriebnahme ausprobiert und beim 3. Versuch hatte ich die gewünschte Menge.
