Worked well right out of the box. Great set for beginners. I had no prior experience or anything to compare it with, but I’ve made one rug so far and the gun and trimmers worked perfectly fine.

The clippers was broken. Everything else was good ….

EDIT: Support delivered a new tufting gun to my house in a timely manner. All is good and well. Still no message but all is resolved :EDIT OVER Everything was fine in the package and no damage to box but the tufting gun inside had a bent arm. Reached out to support and supplied all of the information they needed and they said they would send a new one but after I sent the last of the information, company went silent. I will update this review if I ever receive a replacement/hear from the company again

The tufting gun is good, the clothes too, but the yarns are very bad, not works for tufting, those not are possible used, and the manual for the gun not correspond to the gun reference
