Amazing product! First time I tried it was in some Hotel. Now I can say I'm addicted of this Shampoo & Conditioner. Just 5*****.

I ordered the set again but this time I am not able to use the pump on the shampoo bottle. Will you please send me another pump? I have tried the water and it works fine. I just need my shampoo!!!! Thanks!

This shampoo smells wonderful but I didn’t find it to be any different than something you can pick up at Walmart or your local pharmacy. I wouldn’t spend the money again on this product.

Best natural shampoo and conditioner ever used

I am in love with this product especially the clean smell. A friend of mine stayed at a very exclusive hotel and this shampoo & cream rinse was the shampoo of choice used by the hotel. My friend kept raving about how great this shampoo set was and the wonderful smell. It is expensive but so concentrated and rich that it will go a long ways. Again...I absolutely agree! Great moisturising and the lingering smell is so light and clean. 100* will buy again!!! The best shampoo I have ever used. I have fine hair and this product does not weigh my hair down. Mmmm....the smell.

I heard about the Zents brand from a family friend, so when my shampoo and conditioner that I usually use was getting low, I thought I'd give Zents a try. I love the invigorating smell of the mandarin shampoo. I also like that the conditioner is moisturizing but doesn't leave my hair greasy. I'm excited to give some of their other products a try.

Average shampoo and conditioner. Smells good but no better than store brands

I have dry, thin hair, but a lot of it. I tend to like to style my hair by adding a little volume with a diffuser. This shampoo and conditioner set is moisturizing and has brought back some natural softness and waves into my hair, but it makes it flat and requires hairspray or product to pump up the volume. It's a great aromatherapy experience in the shower, however there is no after-scent left in your hair after it dries. I also ordered a second conditioner as the shampoo is thicker and will outlast the conditioner. Would I buy again? Probably not simply for the value. It would be a good product for thicker, slightly oilier hair types.
