Easy to pair with a nice quality sound
My first set I got did not work and only one ear bud would pair. I contacted customer support and they were quick to reply and help. I did have to return the first set because there was a defect. My second set arrived with no problems and I was able to easily pair it to my phone. The sound is high quality and with a simple tap you can stop and start your music. When I receive a phone call I can either long press the ear bud to not answer or tap and start talking. I am still getting used to wearing these, sometimes I will knock one out of my ear. My daughter uses them as well and has no problem with them as she is more used to wearing wireless earbuds.

Not worth the trouble
This is my second pair because the first ones were free but after a couple months of using them they wouldn't connect anymore and now these won't connect to either of my phone and the instructions are just pictures so I would not recommend 5hese to anyone. I am returning these now that I know they are not working either.

Excellent
The adults in the family own AirPods, but these are amazing for our kids! These truly exceeded my expectations!

Cool headphones
Very good for the price! The sound quality is clear, very nice noise protection. Battery life lasts a nice long time. Controls are very sensitive. I found that I can’t find a good volume (either too loud or too soft)

Great features, good sound, still not sure how to do some things
Belkin has made a great set of earbuds for a great price. I think deciding if they are right for you depends on you specific use case. More on that in a sec. The important things, to me, are sound quality and comfort. With three different built in equalizer setting you can get rock, pop and voice to sound pretty good. Find some songs with a good driving bass and try each equalizer setting. A long tap on the right bud cycles the settings. Bass is harder to get in earbuds than treble so that's a good place to start. I found the Belkin Signature Sound to be my favorite for most things. It seems every earbud maker finds a different way to do things. Belkin helps by putting the control legend under the charge station. Tapping the side of the earbud works even with gloves on which I think is important. Tap one to go, one to pause. You can access your Alexa, for example, with a long press of the right bud. After that I forget quickly. Bluetooth 5.2 provides great sound transmission and lets me connect to two sources. The new standard ENC (hybrid Environmental Noise Cancelling) uses a mic inside and another outside and should make for a great sound experience. For me it just seems like passive noise reduction. Since there is no app and no button sequence to adjust it I can’t tell if it’s even working. Some other cool functions include the wireless charging case and its active relationship with the buds. The battery in the case is recharged with USB C or by placing it on a wireless charge pad. Only one of the two works at a time. When the buds are in the case they disconnect from bluetooth automatically. Take them out and they come to life. They come with small, medium and large ear tips and a charging cable, as you’d expect. I use mono sound often so I can keep one ear open when cycling or working with dogs. If I just put in one but they switch to mono automatically. That’s pretty handy. I have used them for phone calls and have only positive things to say. For the first few calls I asked if the caller could hear me clearly. All were surprised that I was using ear buds. I really enjoy these earbuds though there are a few drawbacks. - Changing the equalizer requires a long press on the left ear bud. If I’m listening in mono to the right bud I can’t change the equalizer. If I’m listening in mono to the left bud I can’t access Alexa. If you usually have both in, no problem. - The case is nice and charges the buds but it’s pretty large to put in you pocket. - Related to the case size is that they hurt my ears after several hours. They are light and don’t fall out but there the the back of my ear starts to hurt. Since the case is kind of big to carry they bud winds up in a pocket. - There is no app but Belkin tech support didn’t know that. Belkin has a Soundform app that I assumed would work with these Belkin Soundform earbuds. I couldn’t figure it out so I opened a chat with their tech support. He told me to reset them, provided instruction to do that and disconnected. It turns out this model isn’t supported on the app. Boo hiss. - I’d like some control over the noise canceling nit there is none. I don’t mean to be harsh. For the price these are great! I have a pair of a competitor's buds that are heavier, sound a little better and has a full function app. They are 3 times the price of these and fall out more easily because of the weight.

Great value wireless earbuds
I got these to be a backup to my Airpod Pros. Since I use my airpods on a daily basis, there are times I find myself needing headphones and my airpods are dead. For the sake of this review though, I have been using these Belkin SoundForm earbuds exclusively for the last week and I like them. Originally, upon first putting them in and using them, I was disappointed in the sound quality. But that was because I was directly comparing them to a product that is four times the price. Throughout the week, I listened to both podcasts and music and was happy with the clarity and sound quality. I did change the EQ presets "Belkin Signature Sound," "Balanced," and "Bass Boost" and I'll be honest, I could barely tell the difference. The "Bass Boost" EQ added just a tiny bit of extra bass. But comparing these earbuds to the wired ones I used to wear back in the day, these blow those out of the water. In terms of comfort, I'd give them a 4/5. They come with the medium cones on them and that's what I've been using because I have always liked the way the medium cones on my airpods fit me. They come with small and large cones as well if one of those would suit you more. These earbuds are pretty light. Even after about 2 hours of use, I never felt any fatigue in my ears. The buttons on the sides of the earbuds are probably the worst and most annoying part of these. They aren’t physical buttons, so all you have to do is lightly tap the outside of the earbud to “press” the button. In concept, it sounds neat but in reality, it’s incredibly annoying. During my workout at the gym, I often have to press the earbuds back into my ears. That’s nothing new. But with these, every time I press them back into my ears, it pauses the music. At one point while I was listening to music while doing some work at my desk, I was reading something and had my head leaned up against my hand and accidentally paused the music. Anytime I need to adjust these headphones even the slightest, it ends up with me pausing the music or changing some setting. It’s incredibly inconvenient. These DO NOT have active noise cancelling but the passive noise cancelling that they provide is pretty good. The downside to this is talking on the phone with this is difficult because you cannot hear your own voice very well. When talking on the phone, I slightly pulled them out of my ear so I could hear myself. They always connect immediately upon pulling them out of the case and the battery life is impressive. I have listened to them daily for an entire week and have yet to charge them. For the price, I think these are an excellent value.

Cheap, probably somehow worth less than their price
When I walk in a busy street the headphones barely work unless my phone is within 12 inches of my head. Sound is as expected for price, definitely gets the job done, but the connection is the main inconvenience
