Thank you Amazon for overnight delivery. I sprained my ankle on Thanksgiving day and it’s still swollen but I’m super happy I’ve found this ice pack. It’s amazing soothing feeling once I put it on. It makes my ankle muscles not cramping as much when I walk. You get what you pay for. Good quality thick gels ice pack. I’m wearing shoes size 8-8.5 and I got a large cause my ankle is super puffy. It fits perfectly. Highly recommend!

To start: I've had 3 previous foot surgeries, so my feet are almost always in pain if I'm on them for long enough (especially my left ankle). I bought 2, 1 to keep in the freezer and one to keep out for hot treatments, and I could not be happier with the results for immediate pain relief. My only complaint is they don't stay at temp for long once on, I'm guessing maybe 20 minutes, 30 max. Thats still great, don't get me wrong, just wish it was a little bit longer. It's not super heavy either, even when frozen.

This is a must have for anyone who suffers from feet/ankle pain. The fitment is spot on and stays in place. I like the fact that you can throw it in the freezer or throw it in the microwave and heat it up in small increments to either apply cold or heat to the ankle. This is definitely a game changer to only have 1 brace that can do either or.
