Works better than competition.
Good product, great build. I bought it to replace one where I let it get wet. Entirely my fault. Have it running at 24v system with 4 batteries. The terminals are spaced far enough apart I didn't have to worry about shorting the system by accident, and the terminals are large enough to accept 2 awg wire without any problems. I would recommend this at any time. Right now its running with 16 100w panels, and I am getting 20A at 60V going in and about 40A going back in. Just make sure that if you install it in a lean-to shed attached to the house that you have a good waterproof seal between the shed and the outside wall.

Good equipment can't complain
I have it since july 2025 so far so good i have conected my six year old 1470 kwh solar panels with 4 Open acid battery of 6 volts and 225 amps and a 3000 watts 24 volts inverter. This charge controller handle very good.

Solar controller for lithium
Works great. Did have to set it up for lithium ion. Wasn’t automatic but super easy. Just set to li on display screen.

Fan runs a lot.
I have been using this controller to charge an 800ah bank of batteries all summer long to run a 5000-btu window AC unit. And it has done a Fantastic job in keeping my new batteries in peak condition. Seems to be very efficient. In fact it outperforms many high dollar units. Sadly I have had to mount it in a very Hot closet. Texas summers are that way. I would rate it 5 Stars except the cooling fan runs an awful lot. Every few minutes during the day. That said, in my 20+ years of solar off grid experience, when the fans on these things run that much, they tend to Not last very long. But, it is probably the best charge controller I have owned. I waited until the end of summer to write a review because I didn't think it was going to last. That said I bought two, one as a backup, which I have not used. I Read the reviews before I buy ANYTHING, and there was very little on this one when I bought it. But so far it has been an outstanding charge controller. And it performs according to specs. Very solid.

Loud and inconsistent on a 24v LI tesla bat setup.
Very loud, not consistent with charging. When I first set it up it was charging boost all the way from 25 volts to 29.2 now it acts like it's tired and only boost to 27.5 I check all the settings and reset the system and still the same problem. It's been sunny the whole week and my batteries won't fully charge. I ended up having to piggy back a small 30 A victon to supplement .

Finally
I have 10 older solar panels that I bought used. I have been using various cheaper charge controllers that were either pwm or that claim to be mppt and worked pretty well but were not true mppt. I have a hard time spending money but I finally spent a little more for this one. I am thrilled. We finally have a little bit of consistency with our solar output. Most of the day my batteries are full and my four lithium batteries even had enough juice in them to weather most of about 4 or 5 very rainy, post gulf hurricane days in northeast Arkansas. It says it has a one year warranty I believe. I hope we don't have to test that. The product manual is pretty straightforward and easy to understand. I am pleased with this purchase.

This is a really good controller
Operates as it should values are very close to being 100%. 1% discrepancy between a voltmeter and the unit. This has been running a panels 100 Watts a piece for almost a year now. No problems.

Have had this unit in service for about 2 years from -40C to +40C and so far it has worked perfectly. The Modbus connection allows me to monitor and configure to controller from 10.6km away. I would recommend this unit to anybody looking to build a solid solar power system for recreation use as well as commercial use.

This unit maximizes the power utilized from my panels and seems to prevent overcharging without a problem.

Es-ce normal que le ventilateur n'arrête pas? , à partir de 30 ampères il fonctionne sans arrêt!
