I was very new to cubing when I purchased this pup, and boy oh boy was it worth it! I was looking for a very specific type of cube and this was pretty much it. Limited customization, no exposed magnets, and an absolutely wicked experience out of the box. Yes, there are definitely “much better” speed cubes out there, but this is one of THE BEST bangs for your buck.

Great weight and hand feel. The ability to customize the tension and the movement resistance makes this fully customizable for any particular preference. Once learned it's quite easy to customize your cube to allow you to move with confidence and ease. No issues with missing magnets or panels since I have been using this, and I have put many hours into it. Great for a first timer and seasoned user alike.

I started cubing a few months ago and have bought about 10 popular cubes by Moyu, Gan, X-man, Rubik's. Only the V9 Moyu maglev ballcore version is better so far in my opinion. This cube is the fastest and smoothest for the price and is as good a speed cube you are gonna find.

Used it as a warm up cube in a competition. But if you want a better cube you should get the moyo WRM v9
