This kit is great and I specifically keep it at my desk at the office for a stressful day. Have bought these to hopefully help me get better strength in my grip. Quality is good at a reasonable price. Can adjust the strength very easily. There are several different types of equipment within the bag so you can experiment which ones you can use. Was at a very good price so hopefully in time this will give me better grip time will tell.

Pretty decent, if you have beginner to intermediate grip strength then honestly this is a good purchase, though the only challenge I really got was from the 2 grip trainers on near max setting everything else is a bit too easy, though the ball is bouncy and good for stress.

I bought these to strengthen my wrists and hand grip I love the big ones I don’t know wha there called! But they work amazing you can change the strength and it has a counter so you can keep track of how many you have done without keeping it in your head! I also like the ring one it’s kinda like a fidget thing so you can use it when you’re stressed and it’s giving you a workout! i am not much of a fan of the ball but that’s a texture thing and the finger rings I haven’t really used but they seem good if only a bit uncomfy.
