I can’t be sure but I think this may contain gluten. I looked it up and the company does not certify this as gluten free but does not contain any gluten ingredients. So possibly cross contamination. If you are celiac use with caution. It was disappointing because it was helping with my cough.

Great price! Much more expensive in the stores, and I love this Mucinex it works great with colds and even thick mucus with allergies.

I always use Mucinex when I'm congested and coughing, but really need the extra strength. The 12 hour tablets are the absolute best because I really don't enjoy taking a lot of medicine, but with Mucinex, all I typically need is one a day.

This is a great product and Amazon delivered overnight! We have 6 inches of snow so I couldn’t go to the store. Thank goodness for Amazon.

This is a great product. Though I am not very sure of taking it w/o consulting a doctor first. It loosens up mucus but coughing up and removing it may not always be possible. So other medication may be required if the chest congestion persists like it did in my case. Always consult a doctor first!
