This works really well for alleviating constipation. I recommend putting in milk so you don’t taste it though it has an artificial chocolate flavor. The bottle is large and quantity lasts awhile as you only need a small dose. Start with a lower dose and take more 24 hours later if it doesn’t work. It’s better to use less than more. Provides great relief- I highly recommend.

Negative 1000!!!! DO NOT purchase! Even diluted the stuff is absolutely beyond horrible. As soon as I was able to taste it, I immediately threw it up. You must dilute it in at least 6 ounces of fluid and trying to drink that much of this stuff is beyond my imagination. What’s worse is you are not able to return the product. Out the cost and I had to purchase better version elsewhere. Absolutely do not ever recommend this liquid medicine. Ever.
