Doesn’t mix the best and doesn’t taste very good, in my opinion. I tried this a couple time, but don’t enjoy the taste at all. I can barely taste the berry flavor. May be for some, but definitely not for me.

First let me state that I'm not one of those people who takes reviewing lightly and won't give a product a high rating if I'm not truly happy with it. As someone who reads reviews before buying or trying a new product I take the time to rate the way I hope others do -- knowing that there are people who truly want an unbiased opinion of a product before they spend their money on it. I'm currently on a diet which includes chlorella, which is a horrid smelling substance (reminds me of fish) that turns my smoothie green! I dealt with it because the smoothie in the diet "requires" it. I spoke with a friend and she asked if I'd tried Bloom. Of course, I went right to Amazon to look into it (she's a health-nut who does a lot of research before using new products so a recommendation from her on anything saves me time). Seeing all the flavor choices I tried the mixed berry because as it was one of the available flavors and I have a serious dislike for mango, passionfruit and kiwi. First, I appreciate that I don't get that fish scent although this product does include chlorella - that was a huge plus for me. Second, the vegetable and fruit included means I no longer need to buy the vegetable and fruit "vitamins" I've been using to ensure I get enough in my diet - another huge plus. It blends nicely in my smoothie and the only issue I have is that it does have a little bit of an aftertaste (which is the only reason for the 4 stars versus 5), but nothing horrid and nothing that would keep me from continuing to use it even after the dieting is over. I have two protein smoothies a day made with Nutricost Whey Protein and this is a good addition to them. I've just ordered the coconut to see how that tastes as I add a tablespoon of organic cacao to each and am hoping the coconut will be a pleasant addition! I'll update this review once I've received and tried the coconut. 7/11/2025 Have received the coconut and absolutely LOVE IT!!! Definitely my favorite. My protein smoothies have a new "best option" ingredient!
