Excellent quality well made

I've been using surgical scissors in the kitchen for over 50 years. You can wash them thoroughly and/or sterilize them after each use without ever having to worry about rust because they are made to be sterilized. These solve the problem of dirty scissors from opening meat and poultry packages or unwashed produce cross-contaminating other foods. As soon as I use one, I can just toss it in the sink. A very inexpensive and practical solution. And I've been using this particular brand for several years now.
