This so helpful after giving birth and i love how i can gradually increase the weight

You don't feel a thing once it's in. Not remotely difficult to keep in. I put the heaviest one in right off the bat, and it didn't budge even when I did squats or went to the bathroom. Very disappointing. Had to order a whole different set.

Nice packaging and product, but very lightweight. Would be ideal for beginners.

I just received my set and I gotta say im a little disappointed. It does not come with instructions on how to really use them. For a first time user as my self I kind of need more instruction on like which ball to start with, what to do once inserted and so on. I guess I gotta figure it out on my own.

The product is perfect and they are of high quality and material. Awesome product, get Kegal Happy!! The weight is awesome, no matter beginner or advanced Kegal excerise these are good
