Perfect condition but could of at least used bubble wrap
I haven't got to test them out yet but they look perfect. I will update as soon as I see how well they hold charge and how long it takes to dissipate the charge under load. So until then I'm leaving a 5⭐ which is subject to change based on performance. But they look perfect and each one even feels as solid as a Maxwell

Not 500 Farad, more like 400 Farad
If you are okay with a variance in the capacity as well as voltage leakage, then these may be a good value for you because they are cheap. I needed something that was good capacity for the size. Keep in mind, you will pay a lot more for higher more consistent quality.

I measured a capacitance of 250F
I must have gotten a bad batch because I only measure about 250F tops on 3 of them whereas normally they are around 300-350F. I have been buying these Chinese caps for 10 years. You need to charge them a few times for them to become stable and reach low self discharge. I use them in home made solar lights. With decades lifespan they will outlive any battery in that application. Any battery will die either because of cold or heat, even LiFePo4, but these caps will handle freeze or heat well and keep on going.
