This pillow is outstanding!! It is super soft and confirms to my body. The cool down part works 100%. I am currently going thru menopause and have hit flashes throughout the night. This pillow helped cool me down so that I could sleep better. It's the perfect king size pillow (I use it as a body pillow). The filling is soft and comfortable and there is extra for more support if you need it. I love that it's adjustable. It's just the right thickness for me. Not too thick, not too flat. Best pillow ever!!!

Having now used the pillow for 6-weeks, I find that it is exactly as described and a wonderful product for my taste. I found that the ability to adjust the firmness or softness to be an excellent solution to getting it just right for a great sleep. I took a bit of the filling out to slightly soften it and now it is like a custom made pillow. I highly recommend this pillow and will be buying another. Bravo!!!

Overall, these are amazing, comfortable pillows! I took off one star because of the functionality of the outer case zipper. The outer case is very important because it is the cooling part of the pillow. Of course, I put the pillows in other pillowcases so the zipper part is not that big of a deal I guess. But anyway, these are amazing, very, very, very comfortable and mold to the shape of your head. Even though the zipper broke, I would still re-purchase these again. Super soft, yet not too soft, just perfect. I filled them to maximum capacity lol. I highly recommend these pillows.

An actual firm pillow instead of just claiming to be firm. The quality of this pillow is amazing! I've shopped plenty of "firm" pillows from other stores that ended up being anything but firm. Those pillows immediately sunk in on the very first touch when I laid down. This pillow actually had the functionality of holding up under my head without immediately going flat. The cooling and color is nice with the added bonus of extra filling that you can use at your discretion. I barely used 10% from the bag of extra filling and the pillow is already more than enough. This is the quality firm pillow you want if you're shopping around for an actual firm pillow!

I tend to like my pillow more on the firmer side, but solid latex foam pillows are pricey and memory foam holds too much heat (head sweats anyone?). These had good reviews, are reasonably priced and come with extra foam stuffing to bulk it up, so I figured I'd give it a try. In a nutshell... it's a great pillow for me. It's surprisingly firm for a shredded foam pillow and easy to fluff back up. I don't know if there's any real difference between the cool side vs the warm side (I only use the cool side). It does develop a hollow spot if you only sleep in one area, but I'm all over the place- middle and both ends... and you can add the included extra stuffing to bulk it back up. And here's the real testimony... after trying mine, my GF bought one and when we were visiting my sister (we take our own pillows) she felt it and then she and my brother-in-law also bought them. Dang... I should work on commission for this company!!

These pillows are ok. They’re heavy when you pick them up. The reason for the 3 stars is because they’re not as “full” as we’d like. Because I purchased the king size pillows (separately), they’re not as full as a queen pillow would be. The smaller sizes tend to be super full. But once you go to the king size the fullness just isn’t there. We both added the whole bag of extra filling and it’s still has flat spots. I would say it’s medium firm. It definitely has more support than my last pillow. That’s the reason for the replacement. I’m keeping just because I don’t want to go through the hassle of returning.

I have been looking for a pillow to replace my old cpap memory foam pillow I've had for longer than I want to admit. I have bought 3 pillows off Amazon trying to find the one that works for me. Those pillows are used in my spare room, they just were to firm or not firm enough. So there i was scrolling for a pillow and saw the reviews on this one and for the price I thought, why not try again. Let me tell you this pillow is it! I have chronic neck pain plus the cpap. I wanted something I could wash. The first night I left it as delivered, did not finish the night before switching to my old one. Night 2 I took some stuffing out and tried again. Still not comfortable enough. I took out a little more stuffing. It was the perfect loft. I have used this pillow for 2 weeks now and I am so happy with it. I sleep great with it, it doesn't mess with my cpap. It does have a cooling side which works for a bit but doesn't last. But it makes up for that with how comfortable it is. I love this pillow!. I saw someone on the reviews was going to make a travel pillow with the leftover cushion and I thing I will do the same. I would highly recommend trying this one out!
