This product is great. The brush is soft enough it doesn’t hurt, but strong enough to be effective in moving lymphatic fluid. The shape fits in the palm of your hand and the strap secures the brush in your palm. I would buy this again and recommend it to others.

Edited to update: I've changed my review to 5 stars because I've been using it for a few weeks and I have learned how to just it better and am having better outcomes. I needed to use it only every few days while getting used to it, and now I look forward to it each morning. I enjoy this dry brush, although it feels like it may be a little coarse for my skin. I've been using it for about a week. The brush itself is well made, and definitely exfoliates my skin. The size is good for brushing my body, and the strap fits my hand well.
