We lived in Singapore and loved the steamed fish dishes. But we have had mixed results recreating the experience since we’ve been back until this. Perfect size and shape plus it is easy to clean afterwards. Well worth it!

Great for steaming jumbo snow crab legs. By using side cutters to cut each segment at the joint I was able to load two pounds of jumbo snow cab legs into the steamer and steam them on the stove top.
